Our Process

Kyle is a fair contractor. I didn't end up having any work done (due to our change of plans) but Kyle came to our property and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done which I greatly appreciated.

Super impressed with the great work they did, but the extra bonus was how clean they kept the job site! They took my vision and made it a reality!!! I loved how they asked questions along the way to make sure I was happy with every aspect!

Kyle and Mike and their team at Montana Customs did an incredible job finishing our basement. Every step in the entire process was well thought out and explained in detail and we felt they really listened to what we wanted in the design and layout. We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding quality of work and Kyle’s quick response to our questions and needs. They are a talented, creative, and 100% reliable. Last year of 2020 we decided to have a new deck built. I had reached out to literally 5 or 6 other contractors most never called back and some had prices that were so outrageous it was frustrating! Kyle Newmiller with Montana Customs came out and I liked him right away! I felt he was honest and forthcoming. I liked the fact that he was going to be hands on and not contracting out. My husband and I had to delay out project for several months, Kyle was very understanding and willing to work around our scheduled. When it was finally time to demo our old deck there were some issues with getting the permit which set us back 3 weeks. Kyle apologized and kept us informed as to the progress of getting the permit. Finally the permit came through and building of our new deck started! Kyle and his team were on time, respectful, organized and professional. Along the way as with any project there were a few issues that came up but they were handled right away and professionally. I liked that Kyle and his team were easy to communicate with and were so willing to work with us in seeing our vision and listing to our concerns. I liked that whatever questions I had or changes I wanted to make Kyle and his team did their best to make it happen! I can honestly say I enjoyed having them around. This is not the only project we want done we are also going to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms and there is only one company I want to work with and that's Montana Customs! Looking forward to our new projects together!
